You are NOT alone when you dread introducing yourself at the start of a meeting with new people because you think you have nothing interesting to say.


You are NOT alone when you keep quiet during a meeting, because you don’t think your ideas are good enough to share.


You are NOT alone when you dismiss yourself as not good enough for the promotion or new role that you thought looked interesting.

I hear you, I see you, I’ve been you! It’s easy to think you are the only one that feels this way, that everyone else has it all together.
